New Hanover County Schools’ Superintendent Dr. Tim Markley recently launched his own blog as a way to keep parents and the citizens informed on what the district is doing for education in New Hanover County. This innovative communication tool will provide two-way constructive communication among all stakeholders and will be posted weekly or as needed, depending on the issues that arise. Dr. Markley’s most recent blog focuses on the projected revenue shortfalls for the 2011-12 fiscal budget year.
